  • Banking services
  • Payment services
  • E-money services
  • Credit products
  • Remittance or money transmission services
  • Deposit-taking activities

1.2 Development Phase

GDF is in the pre-launch development phase. This website serves as a marketing and information platform to gather interest from potential users and build a waiting list for future services.

1.3 Authorization Process

We are working toward obtaining the necessary regulatory authorizations, which may include:

  • Electronic Money Institution (EMI) License from the FCA
  • Payment Institution (PI) License from the FCA
  • Banking License through partnership or full authorization
  • Consumer Credit License for credit-building products

2. No Financial Services Currently Offered

2.1 Waiting List Only

At this time, GDF only offers a waiting list registration service. Joining the waiting list:

  • Does not constitute an application for financial services
  • Does not create any contractual obligation
  • Does not guarantee future account opening or service availability
  • Does not involve the acceptance of deposits or funds
  • Has no impact on your credit score or financial record

2.2 No Deposits Accepted

Important: GDF does not currently accept deposits, payments, or any form of funds. Any communication requesting money should be reported immediately to security@gd-fin.tech.
